I would invite you to slow down and enjoy your life. Look around. What do you see? Also, focus on the sounds around you. What are they like right now? What are you touching? Do you smell coffee, too?
Living is about experiencing the moment. Intriguingly however, the moment only exists in the now. After a split second, it is gone. But the living continues, weaving a booming collage of immeasurable number of moments.
No matter how infinitesimally short a moment is, its experience is only determined by our perception of it.
In the modern era, we often fail to experience every moment because our perception is limited by us. And we do that to ourselves – we trap our lives in thoughts and actions, continuously revolving around earning and serving.
Rarely, we pause and focus on those things that really matter – ordinary things which comprise life.
Beskray is about capturing the moment for all of its worth and revealing the subtle beauties in ordinary things.
If we could only create space in ourselves and unburden our minds from imprisoning activities we face on daily basis, we could significantly expand our perspective in every moment, and be fully present anywhere, anytime. It all begins with being present now and observing meaning in ordinary things.
Being present opens the door for new ideas – those that change our lives and the world. I believe that by cultivating the right perspectives, we can truly train ourselves to become limitless. In the moment lies our true, unique potential.
Yet, it is hard to achieve these pristine, even abstract goals. Especially when we are stretched between daily obligations.
For that, we need a push. A subtle stroke of lightning to push us from routine into the moment. We need inspiration. Food for thought. A new concept to break our habitual mentation.
Beskray is about finding inspiration in everyday moment. Here, we serve meaning in ordinary moments.
We are all unique. Collectively, we arise up from the earth, experience, feel, think, and create these phenomena called civilization and modern living. If we are collectively creating it, moment by moment, then we have the power to create everything to serve us the best way we would like.
But in the world of the internet and other useful appliances, it is hard to become a creator. We are actively discouraged to think for ourselves and to employ our inherent creativity. Why be creative when an AI does it much faster?
Instead of using our abilities to engage and create, we turn to copy-paste. We get drawn into other people’s lives and forget that we are so uniquely beautiful and authentic, and that we can create our life.
The more we go down this path of everyone else, I believe we are becoming more and more distanced from our uniqueness. This distance brings about isolation – a whole too large to be filled with any external thing.
To overcome this distance, we need to reconnect to ourselves, to our precious ordinary moments, and infuse them with meaning and pleasure.
Beskray is about inspiring authenticity and truly living a life.
We do that by turning every moment into adventure, through an artistic expression.
Beskray is a blog about authenticity created for all independent thinkers and art lovers. Is a place where people can pause for a while, feed their thoughts, and discover infinite possibilities in life.
